Booking Terms

These Booking Terms apply to Bike Egypt private off-road experiences in Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt. By making a booking, the lead customer confirms that the booking information supplied is accurate and that all participants have been informed of these terms and the Safety Information.

Private rides and rider assessment

Dirt-bike experiences are operated as private rides. Before departure, Bike Egypt may assess each rider’s experience, confidence and practical ability. The guide may adapt the route, terrain, pace or Motorbike allocation to the rider’s demonstrated ability and prevailing conditions. Safety decisions made by the guide must be followed.

Booking and departure

Bookings are subject to availability and the applicable booking cut-off. Online availability is not a guarantee where circumstances outside Bike Egypt’s reasonable control require a change. Customers must provide a working WhatsApp/phone number and accurate pickup details. Pickup is from the agreed hotel or pickup point in the Hurghada area. Customers should be ready at the confirmed pickup time.

Duration

The standard experience includes approximately two hours of riding and approximately one additional hour for hotel pickup and return, for an overall experience of about three hours. Timing can vary because of traffic, weather, rider ability, safety considerations and route conditions.

Payment and changes

The amount, payment method and any applicable cancellation or rescheduling conditions shown during booking or confirmed directly by Bike Egypt form part of the booking. Bike Egypt may delay, reroute, reschedule or cancel an activity where weather, mechanical, operational or safety conditions make this reasonably necessary. We will communicate available options to the customer in such circumstances.

Participant responsibility

Off-road Motorbike, Quad and Buggy activities involve inherent risks. Participants must follow the guide’s instructions, use the supplied protective equipment correctly, ride within their ability and never participate while impaired by alcohol, recreational drugs or medication that makes participation unsafe. Customers must disclose information that could materially affect their ability to participate safely.

Damage and conduct

Deliberate misuse, reckless conduct, ignoring guide instructions or using equipment outside the permitted activity may result in the activity being stopped. Any responsibility for damage will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law; these terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Insurance

Each participant is responsible for arranging suitable personal travel and medical insurance for the trip. The policy should expressly cover the off-road Motorbike, Quad or Buggy activity being undertaken and, where appropriate, emergency treatment, medical evacuation and repatriation.
